A rough script and/or a list of bullet points containing all of the features of your service that need to be explained in the video, plus your website URL. What type of voice over would you like? Male or female? US / UK or Australian English? German? Spanish? And your logo in HD quality.
Standard turnaround time is 2 weeks. The first week is typically when we gather information, write your script (if you did not provide one), and prepare a storyboard for your project.
Once everything is approved, we start the voice over recording process and finish by creating the animations to match. If you need video faster, there will be an extra charge for quick delivery.
Yes. Once the work is completed, you will have full rights to the video and can use it anywhere and everywhere. There are no additional fees or requirements to gain these rights. Besides, all of our videos are made with copyrights free resources.
The length of your video determines the price. Length is calculated based on the word count of your script. This is a concrete way for us to calculate and is very accurate since we have refined the numbers over hundreds of projects. 75 words = 30 seconds & our videos are priced in 30-second chunks.
We are flexible on revisions as long as the request is reasonable and doesn’t include changes to the voice recording (which often incurs a fee). Other than that, you get UNLIMITED revisions for free.
